Winston Water Works provides licensed operators for administrative and operational requirements of your water and/or wastewater utility. We can:

• Keep your system in compliance with certified operators
• Provide Operator in Responsible Charge services
• Provide staffing when your facility does not require full time operations.
• Provide supplemental staffing for your full time staff.
• Provide temporary employees when you are short staffed.
• Do project work.

Winston Water Works is a family run business currently staffed with three full-time and one part-time employee.

Bios of staff

Sharon Winston‚ brings extensive background in office and customer services. She provides daily administrative duties, and general accounting services.

Francis Winston‚ Francis carries licenses in drinking water, wastewater, distribution and collection systems. He has an extensive background in Title 32, Special Districts, utility operations and has worked with, and for, elected board of directors for over 30 years. Although just recently retired as a fire chief Francis also operated and managed a small water and wastewater utility concurrently.

Joshua Winston - is currently a Class D Water operator. Josh also has a background in the construction industry including carpentry, electrical and excavation equipment operations.

Amy Winston‚ is our part-time staff member providing assistance as required for company operations, from the office to the field.
